Founded in 1982 by Shri A. C. Haridas, Happy constructions is today one
of the most reputed construction companies and real estate promoters of
Kerala. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Shri Haridas
is an established contractor of Central Public Works Department (CPWD)
and Institute of Human resources Development for Electronics (IHRDE).
Under his pioneering leadership, the company has so far completed over
36 lakhs sq. ft. of built up area of buildings such as colleges, offices
and major residential complexes for both Central Govt. and IHRDE. Some
of them include the Model Engineering College, Thrikkakara; Spices Board
Head Quarters, Cochin; Engineering College, Chengannore; Office and residential
flats for IFCI, Cochin; FM and Commercial Broadcasting Station (CBS) studio
and office building for AIR, Cochin;College of Engineering, Adoor;Income Tax Building, Trichur; Central Exercise Office Building, Kochi; etc.
